SHIPPING & ORDERING

How long does it take you to ship orders?

We take great pride shipping orders out as fast as possible, many even the same day. With that being said, please allow up to 2 days for orders to leave our warehouse. Please note this is for in-stock items. If you have placed an order with a “pre-order” or a “this item ships in 5-7 days” notification on the product page, your whole order will ship together when in stock.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you believe you have placed an order by mistake or would like to modify/add items, please contact our customer support team ASAP. If your order has not shipped, our team will do everything possible to help you with your issue. If the order has shipped, we are happy to help process a return within in 14 days.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

While we don’t offer shipment to multiple addresses regularly due to logistical complexities, we are always happy to make exceptions. Please contact our customer care team help@shophoneybug.com to help with this issue.

My item went missing, now what?

We’re so sorry this happened, that is so frustrating! Fear not, if your tracking number states your package was delivered but you are not able to locate it, please contact our customer care team at help@shophoneybug.com to help file a claim. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the package will be located but we’ll try our hardest. 

Do you ship outside the US?

We currently only ship within the United States, excluding Puerto Rico, but we are quickly expanding and plan to ship internationally very soon.

I see some items take “5-7 days to ship”, why is that?

Some of our items are shipped to order for various reasons. You will see the shipping lead time noted on the product pages.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

How do I return an item?

We gladly accept returns for unopened, undamaged merchandise within 14 days from receipt of purchase for regular items and 30 days for Honey Bug Gift Boxes. Returned items must be in their original conditions - unworn and undamaged. If you are a gift recipient and need to make a return, then we will refund you in the form of store credit.

Please allow 1-3 days for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse, and 1-3 business days for refunds to be processed to your original form of payment. We will refund the items returned less the original shipping fee charged and the return shipping fee of $7.99. To process a return, please contact Customer Care at help@shophoneybug.com

I ordered a Honey Bug Box as a gift, can the recipient return it for something else?

While we always hope your recipient loves their order, if they have any issues, they can return their Honey Bug Boxes for merchandise credit. We also know that many people purchase their shower gifts far in advance, so please note there is a LONGER RETURN WINDOW for all Honey Bug Boxes of 30 days. To process your return simply contact help@shophoneybug.com. 

Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately, our merchandise turns over so quickly we are not able to offer exchanges at this time. Though, we are here to make your life easier, so please contact our customer support team at help@shophoneybug.com and we’ll help find a solution.

When can I expect my refund?

Refunds are usually processed within 2-days of recipient. Please note many banks take an additional 5-7 days to redeposit funds back into your account.

Do all the gift boxes come in the “bee” box?

Yes! All our Honey Bug Gift Boxes come in our signature Honey Bug Box, tied in a ribbon and finished off with our signature magical wand in pink, white or gold depending on the order.

Can I get my gift wrapped?

Absolutely! Wrapping can be a pain, let’s be honest, great news is – we love it! Let us wrap your gift for you for only $4.99. Make your selection at checkout.

What information will the recipient see on the packaging slip?

Your gift recipient will see the name of the person who ordered it, their billing address, picture of the items included in the order, number of items included in the order and Honey Bug contact information. NO PRICES ARE INCLUDED.

If you would prefer this not included, NO PROBLEM, simply reach out to help@shophoneybug.com prior to placing your order and we will note it in your file.

Can we leave out the packaging slip?

Of course, we’re here to make your life easier so whatever you prefer works for us! If you would like us to exclude your packaging slip simply reach out to help@shophoneybug.com prior to placing your order and we will note it in your file.
