terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service. They “forgot” about my order. Asked to cancel because it wouldn’t arrive for the event I needed it for. Then told me I would have to refuse the package to send back. Or I would have to pay for the return. Was shipped USPS and left in a mailbox. Unable to refuse the package. Will not be buying again.
