A First Felt Book: You Are My Baby

As a first time customer, I am disappointed to convey from order to gift being received took ONE month. I reached out two weeks after order confirmation when I had no shipping date, and supervisor offered to email the parents explaining a delay. I provided 2 emails and asked to be blind copied, neither I nor the parents received an email. After 4 weeks from ordering, the baby gift finally was delivered. I spent around $100, no gift card to identify I had send them the gift was included despite I selecting the HoneyBug Gift Box and Add a Gift Note Options. Foolishly, I also ordered a gift from my father just 2 days after my order. The gift I ordered for him arrived within 2 weeks, but also contained no identification of whom the gift was from. I did receive a gift card from the company and do love the merchandise but honestly I don’t think I feel confident in their service to purchase anything as a gift for anyone else. If I recall correctly I feel like the website indicated gifts are rarely returned. I might guess they can boast about that because recipients simply don’t know how to get service with them & give up like I am. I sincerely hope you figure out your issues, because I think your collection of products has promise of something great.
